This historic Grade II listed farmhouse, built in 1685, required extensive refurbishment and modernization, the work included – repair and replacement of all windows, repointing work, replumbing, rewiring, new biomass heating system, insulating external walls and replastering with lime plaster, repairs to fireplaces and flues, new bathrooms, kitchen, damp proofing work, extensive timber repair and timber treatment work, full redecoration and new drainage / landscaping work.
