  • Master Builder of the Year 2010 – Winner of Yorkshire & Trent region for “Medium Renovation projects” for a Farmhouse extension at Bainton, East Yorkshire.
  • East Riding of Yorkshire Council – Chairman’s Award for enhancing the Built Heritage of the East Riding of Yorkshire Award: ­ Certificate of Distinction 2009 – New Dwelling Westgate, Hornsea.
  • East Riding of Yorkshire Council – Chairman’s Award for enhancing the Built Heritage of the East Riding of Yorkshire Award: ­ Certificate of Distinction 2007 – New housing at Bridlington Rd, Flamborough.
  • Master Builder of the Year Competition (North of England) 2006 – Highly Commended Award from the FMB ­ Large refurbishment project. ­ Conversion of Former Humber Pilots’ Office into apartments.
  • Master Builder of the Year Competition (North of England) 2006 – Two Highly Commended Awards from the FMB ­ in the New Homes category; for new housing at Flamborough and North Newbald.
  • Master Builder of the Year Competition (North of England) 2005 – Highly Commended Award from the FMB ­ in the New Homes category.
  • Master Builder of the Year Competition (North of England) 2005 ­ Certificate of Merit from the FMB ­ in the Large refurbishment project category. Refurbishment and extension of detached house at Kirkella.
  • Master Builder of the Year Competition (North of England) 2004 – Highly Commended Award from the FMB ­ Kitchen / Breakfast room extension, Beverley
  • East Riding of Yorkshire Council – Chairman’s Award for enhancing the Built Heritage of the East Riding of Yorkshire Award: ­ Overall Award Winner 2002 ­ Barn Conversion, Flamborough
  • Master Builder of the Year Competition (North of England) 2002 ­ Highly Commended for the extension and refurbishment of a farm cottage at Melton, East Yorkshire.
  •  East Riding of Yorkshire Council – Chairman’s Award for enhancing the Built Heritage of the East Riding of Yorkshire Award ­ Certificate of Distinction 2000 – Church Farm, Flamborough.
  • Bridlington and District Civic Society “Environmental Award” ­ 2000 ­ “In recognition of the improvement to the Environment resulting from the restoration of Church Farm Flamborough, with particular reference to the re-use of traditional materials such as pantiles and especially the chalk walls”.
  • East Riding of Yorkshire Council Design Awards – Best Conversion in 2000 ­ Conversion of derelict agricultural buildings at Church Farm Flamborough, into residential accommodation.
