Kemp Developments were pleased to be selected to construct these new offices near Brandesburton:
They comprise of two storey offices with a portal steel frame. The exterior is built from Forticrete polished concrete blocks and aluminium curtain walling. The rear workshop was clad with profiled steel sheets.
The offices were fully air conditioned as well as being fitted with a heat recovery and ventilation system to maintain good air quality while recovering heat from the exhausted air that would otherwise be lost from the building.
