This extensive refurbishment of an existing house in Skirlaugh, East Yorkshire included the addition of two large extensions – kitchen and garden room. The refurbishment comprised a new heating system, re-roofing, Sto self cleaning render, new windows & doors, re-plastering, new hardwood doors, skirting boards and architraves. The new extensions featured bi-folding doors, warm water underfloor heating and feature oak trusses. Extensive hard-landscaping was also undertaken.
