A new garden room and kitchen / bedroom extension on the rear of a Georgian farmhouse at Bainton, East Yorkshire.
Garden Room Extension – Bainton
A new kitchen, Garden room, Master bedroom and en-suite were added to the rear of this Georgian farmhouse at Bainton, East Yorkshire. Reclaimed materials were used for the walls and roof and reclaimed Yorkstone was used for the patio. Internally king post trusses and stone flag floors complete the period look. The extension was entered by our clients into the Master Builder of the Year Awards and subsequently won the award for the Yorkshire and Trent region in 2010.
