This Grade 2 listed building in Beverley was extended using a glazed garden room to link the main house to the existing stables, which were refurbished and extended to create an independent annex. The stables were in very poor condition and were heavily rebuilt including news floors, roof, windows and doors.
The garden room extension was opened up into the existing house with a galleried landing enclosed by a plate glass balustrade to preserve the views of the garden. New Patios and paving were created to integrate the extension into the garden.
