This house in Hornsea was completely refurbished by Kemp Developments Ltd, the work included underpinning to address settlement, re-roofing, roof structure repairs, an insulation upgrade, new windows and external render, new external timbering, new rainwater goods, removal of chimney stack, new floors, internal remodelling to create an open plan layout, rewiring, re-plumbing including a new heating system with roof mounted solar panels, replastering, new doors, bathrooms and a new kitchen!
