This Farmhouse belongs to a local farming family. The farmhouse has been in the family for 80 years, but had not been lived in for several years. The project was to fully refurbish the farmhouse, incorporating modern conveniences such as underfloor heating, double glazing, full insulation as well as adding a two storey extension at the rear to accommodate the client’s growing family.
Other work included; fully re-roofing the house and its outbuildings, rewiring, re-plumbing, re-plastering, new joinery through-out along with new kitchen and bathrooms.
